Calm planner apps made for overwhelmed minds

Hi, I'm Jay, a graphic designer and the founder of GentleDayDigital. 🌿

I noticed that most planner apps are built for "tech people": too many menus, too many settings, too much to learn. For busy or easily overwhelmed minds, that's exactly when you give up.

So I decided to build the opposite. Before creating our first app, I spent hundreds of hours studying what planner users love, what frustrates them, and why most planners get abandoned after a few days. That research shapes every screen we design. Each app keeps everything organized and guides you to what matters today.

I personally test every app on phones, tablets and computers before it goes in the shop.

If planning has ever made you feel behind, you're not the problem. The tools were just too complicated. Let's make your day a little gentler. 💛

We don't offer custom or personal versions of our apps. Every customer gets the same tested app, which keeps it simple and reliable. Each listing shows exactly what the app includes, so you know what you're getting before you buy.

How do I open my app after I buy it?

1. On a computer or tablet, go to Etsy.com and sign in.
2. Click You > Purchases and reviews.
3. Click Download Files next to your order.
4. Open the file in Chrome, Safari or Edge.
Tip: the Etsy phone app does not download files, so please use a web browser.

Which devices does it work on?

iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Mac and Windows computers. Any modern web browser works, like Chrome, Safari or Edge.

Do I need an account, a subscription or an app store?
