The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I am happy to issue a refund or a replacement if:
- Your order arrives in a damaged condition
- Your order is lost by the post office

If you are returning an item for any reason other than damage, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it, I will refund you the cost of purchase (minus original shipping) once it is returned.

If you provide the wrong address and don't let me know before your order ships, I am not responsible for issuing a refund or sending a replacement. If I receive the item back, I will send it to you at the correct address for what it costs to ship it again. (In these cases, I will create a custom order for you to pay for the new shipping label).

I will issue a refund for digital downloads if none of the files have been downloaded.
I accept most forms of payment. If you need to cancel an order, just shoot me a message and I'm more than happy to oblige.
I usually ship 2-3 times a week, depending on order volume. If you need your order delivered faster, I offer expedited processing for an added fee of $5, which guarantees that your order will SHIP (not arrive) the next business day.

If your item gets returned to me because the address provided was incorrect, you will need to pay for the postage to re-ship to the corrected address.

Please be aware that some countries impose steep customs fee. Any taxes/customs/fees beyond the cost of postage is up to the buyer to pay on the receiving end.

Is there a framing option for prints?

Unfortunately, I do not currently offer framed prints-- the frame you see in the product photos are for display purposes only. However, I do offer matted prints, which is kind of the halfway point between framed and non-framed, and make the prints look more finished.

What if I put the wrong address?

No problem, just send me a message with the correct shipping address and I'll correct it for you.

I live in _________. When will I receive my order?

I ship using USPS First Class Mail. That means that for domestic orders, shipping time is usually 2-5 business days. For international orders, it's anywhere from 7-21 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the USPS Tracking ID #.

PLEASE note that I cannot guarantee these shipping times. If you're worried about getting your order in time, you can upgrade to Rush Order, which guarantees that your order ships the day after you purchase. (Next business day, that is.)

I never received my order! What happened to it?

The first thing you need to do is double check your Purchases/ Order history. Double check to make sure that you ordered a PHYSICAL print and not a digital download. (If you only paid $5.99 for the print, it's a digital download that you have to print yourself.)

If it's not a digital download, look for the USPS Tracking ID #. You should be able to follow the progress of your package step by step. If it's stalled at a certain location or says "Delivered" but you never received it, the first thing you should do is contact your local post office to see if they can help you locate it. If you still can't find it, send me a message and we'll work something out.
