- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the print provided it has not been worn or damaged and is returned in the original packaging.
I will refund the corresponding amount (less shipping cost) to your PayPal address.
Returning shipping costs are for the buyer.
If you want a refund you first have to contact us within 3 days after arrival.
We do not take responsability for lost packages that are shipped back to us..
If there is a delay in receiving the order, please allow up to 30 days to consider the package as LOST. Then email me in order to reach an agreement.
Due to custom and/or random scanning for security reasons, I cannot guarantee the delivery date.
Personalized prints and digital download are not refundable.
Large size prints and canvas items are printed and shipped through my US partner.
Payment
PayPal payment is instant. Please note that Etsy Payments can take sometimes a few days to clear. It is not usual, but happens occasionally.
As soon as payment is confirmed to me by Etsy. I will ship your order.
You can pay without a Paypal account with your credit card. Just choose the option 'Paypal' and then find the option 'pay by credit card'.
Shipping
If your prefer registered mail with tracking number, select this option when checking out or just contact me and I will let you know the amount of extra fees.
Average delivery time from the date of shipping is as follows, but please note that it can take longer depending on how busy the service is:
Europe, usually 5-10 working days.
USA, Australia, Canada 8-15 days.
Rest of the world 20-30 days-
Order from/to US are printed and shipped through my US studio partner. Average time for processing and shipping is around 7-10 business days.
Unfortunately I cannot GUARANTEE the delivery date.
Shipment notification will be sent through Etsy messages.
