A love of Geography, Art & Design fuels the passion of Rich's work.

This website showcases the design and artwork of Rich Britnell from Auburn, AL. Rich has always had an affinity for old maps and geography, which is evident in the old style maps and documents that he creates. Most of his artwork is coastal in nature, including gulf coast maps, treasure maps, pirate maps and old style sea charts of the American coastline. The artwork is based on history and real facts so it takes on an authentic look!

Thank you for your interest in my work. I am a one man operation with one part time helper and a couple of kids that assist me from time to time. If you have any questions or issues with an order please feel free to contact me. I want all of my customers to rate my shop with 5 stars so if something is wrong, I will make it right.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let me know and I will work with you to return your purchase for a refund or exchange your piece. I put a lot of effort into packing and shipping to that the prints arrive in good shape. Refunds will be for the price of the item(s) and any taxes but will exclude the price of the postage/packaging that was charged. The buyer will be responsible for returning the item(s) in good condition at their expense. When I receive the returned item(s) I well then credit you for the cost of the purchase, excluding the postage/packaging that was charged to you.

The last thing I want is an unhappy customer. I will do what it takes to keep your business.
Payment
I take all forms of payment that I can think of. Let me know if I am missing something.
Shipping
I pack each order with care and ship it via USPS Priority or First Class Mail and all packages are insured. Packages are supposed to get to domestic addresses in two or three business days for most locations, including Saturdays. I try to get each order out the day after it is ordered if possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
If your country chooses to levy tariffs on imported art prints from the US, I cannot be responsible for those fees. Please know the rules of buying items online from the US before purchasing. The shipping you pay is for freight charges and customs clearance.

If you own a shop and would like to carry my work, please contact me. I like to keep exclusive shops in one area, particularly small towns.
