How to Place an Order
Note: -- If ordering more than one, adjust the quantity needed after adding the item to your shopping cart.
Step 1 -- Select your size, design, color, etc. and add to your shopping cart.
Step 2 -- Proceed to check out. (Please verify your email linked to your Etsy account is up to date.)
Step 3 -- In the “Notes To Seller” section, please include any personalization info, gift card info, etc. When providing information please be sure to check for spelling and/or grammatical errors. Your items will be personalized exactly as instructed.
Shipping Information
* I prioritize each order in the sequence that I receive them. If you want your order moved to the top of my queue, please choose the Rush Production item in my store.

* I ship via United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx with a tracking number, well protected in a box or in a tear proof envelope for non-breakable items.
* Please note that production and shipping times are based on business days. I am closed on weekends and holidays.

* All shipping prices shown are for all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii as well as US territories and protectorates.
International Shipping
* I ship to Canada. Buyers are responsible for any and all taxes and duty fees that your country imposes upon delivery.
Damaged Shipments
* I do our best to package all items as securely as possible, but sometimes the ride is extra bumpy. If your item arrives broken, please send me a photo proof so I can see the item clearly and I will mail out a replacement item free of charge.
Ink & Paint Colors
* Ink and paint colors are represented as accurately as possible. Due to variations between computer monitors, smartphones and tablet displays, GetCraftyDesignsShop is not responsible if the color appears differently in person.
