Where are you located and where do you ship from?

We are located in and ship from sunny Miami, Florida, 33130, United States.

How long does it take for you to put my order in the mail?

We ship packages Monday through Friday and sometimes on Saturday. We process your order as quickly as possible. We ship most Etsy orders within 24 hours. Our unique website offerings of home decor, art, furniture, and specialty items can take up to 3 days to process.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

It depends on what class of mail you select at checkout. Etsy provides estimated delivery dates at checkout, depending on the type of mail service you select. THESE TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. We can't emphasize this enough. The post office does not guarantee delivery dates so we can't either. If it seems like your order is taking longer than stated or expected, please contact us so we can address your concern.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

What's your return policy?

Our formal policy is no returns are accepted. We sell authentic vintage. Please make sure you read the entire description, including the measurements, and look at all the images we have provided for condition information. If you have any concerns after receiving your order, we want you to reach out so we can resolve any concerns.

Is a signature required at delivery?

Not usually. A signature at delivery, and/or a verification of identity that matches the name on the order may be required by the carrier at the time of delivery, per our discretion. This is usually if the order is of higher value, furniture, or large art. When needed, this service is provided at no extra charge to you. Regardless, it is always the responsibility of the customer to provide a secure location for delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Although we take great care to guard against any damage to your order, damages can occur during shipment. In order for us to make an insurance claim on your behalf, we need to hear from you within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date provided by the carrier. You will need to provide us with photographs of the original packaging and the damage located on the item itself. It is important that you hold on to both the original packaging and the item until the case has been investigated and resolved by the carrier. Your cooperation will be needed so we can successfully address this concern if the need arises.

What if my package gets lost by the carrier during delivery?

Insurance applies only if the package is lost by the carrier while en route. It does not cover the package once it is delivered to the address you provide when you order. Carrier time to investigate lost package claims varies. We will do all we can to aid the carrier in any investigation to expedite a quick resolution to the location of your order, should the need arise. If upon conclusion of their investigation, the package is ruled as a Lost Package, an insurance claim will be made and you will be refunded at that time.

What if my item status says "delivered" but I can't find it?

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. We cannot emphasize this enough. Carrier insurance does not cover missing or stolen mail post-delivery. If the carrier marks the package as delivered, we take that as proof of delivery. Refunds will not be made unless you provide us with the following items within 14 days of delivery: the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan at the time of delivery (you can get this when you make your stolen mail report with your local post office), a copy of the police report filed for stolen mail that specifies your order from us, and a copy of the case for stolen mail you file with the carrier service.
