In order to get items as to you as efficiently as possible, we sometimes ship things separately. Please reach out to us for a tracking number on your missing items.
How can I send you my file/image for my personalization?
If you want a logo/image, send a PNG through Etsy conversations or email us at shopgetstitch@gmail.com with your order number.
When you email us please reach out through Etsy conversations to let us know since we have many emails in our inbox.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is received, it is sent to our warehouse for production and fulfillment (Free shipping on orders over $50)
• Domestic: 2-5 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping.
• International: 2-5 business days for processing and an additional 7-10 business days for shipping.
