Custom and personalized orders

All of our orders are custom. Each order takes 7-10 business days to complete prior to shipping. Often we can ship sooner, but this timeline is our guideline. This time will increase as we get into the holiday season.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Due to the fact that all items are custom, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless there is a defect. If you are purchasing clothing, you must verify the size prior to purchase, we will not exchange due to size issues. If you are personalizing an item, you must verify spelling prior to placing the order. We will not accept returns or exchanges due to typos.
