星 5 個のうち 5 個The flower book was packaged carefully and arrived in a timely manner. I was particularly glad it was in a plastic slip cover since it has been raining heavily where I live. The book is in amazing condition for its age. The flower plates and their descriptions are wonderful.

The packing left something to be desired though there was no damage and the seller is now aware of it and it won't be a problem next time. Living and learning as we all are. Excellent communication. Very happy with item!! Thanks very much!

So the descriptions very and are seldom accurate. but we are happy with the butter dish. The shipping was fast and we had no problems. The packing was very good, lots of bubbles and "peanuts".

What happens if I receive my order and it is damaged during shipping?
In most cases, we will refund your order costs. We will require pictures of the shipping container as well as the item in order to proceed with any refund.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping or gift packaging. However, we will include a note to the recipient at the purchaser's request.
What happens if I receive my item and I notice damage on the item
Because of the nature the items in our shop, antiques, there are occasionally flaws or small points of damage. We make every effort to identify these in photos and/or the description. If something is not noted in these areas, please contact us to discuss.
What happens if an item breaks or is not functional after a few weeks of time.
We provide antiques and antique jewelry. When we ship these items, we represent that they are in working order, or we detail any imperfections in the description and photos. Any subsequent repair costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Will you provide shipping insurance?
We will provide shipping insurance of an item at the purchaser's request and payment.
