Custom and personalized orders
For a custom order, please message me and we can discuss the details, determine fair pricing, and create a custom order listing.
I need to change my shipping address
If you place an order with an incorrect shipping address, you can message me to correct it, only if the order has not already been shipped. If an order has already been shipped and does not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address on the order, unfortunately, I will not be able to offer a refund as it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
My order gets lost in the mail or did not arrive
If you never got your order, please message me to let me know. You can also contact USPS and file a dispute. If it is a sticker order, I will either issue a refund or re-send a new one. For all other items, once your tracking says delivered, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If I confirm your shipping address with you and I have shipped you a replacement item and it still does not arrive, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
My order is returned to sender
If I receive your order back as 'Return to Sender' and I have received the item(s) back, I will contact you to re-send your order, or issue a refund for the price of the item only. If it is a custom order, I can re-ship it, but custom orders are not eligible for refunds. If your order has been returned to sender and I confirm a shipping address with you and re-ship it and it still does not arrive, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Please review the size chart measurements to get the best fit for you as we do not offer return/exchange due to sizing issues. PLEASE ALLOW FOR 1-2 inch marginal error on the sizing charts due to manufacturer tolerances!
