Five business days after purchasing, I still had not gotten an email with the plans and had to remind the shop to send them. Why did it take so long for them to email a pre-made document? It was for Halloween, so we did not get them in time.

She reports that he loves it, as he is a huge robot fan at 3 years old! Cardboard boxes are an unlimited bounce pad for many creative endeavors....& recyclable when done. I had a problem with Fedex losing my delivery, and the guys were very helpful and timely in helping me to get it sorted out with the company and getting my reimbursement. It was much appreciated.

Shipped on time. Pay attention to left and right. Have some large rubber bands ready. Wasn't quite enough tap supplied, I ended up gluing the fingers on. In hindsight, I would have glued everything else, and used the Velcro tape for the fingers. Instructions are ok, but sometimes vague, but nothing you can't work through
