Please note: I do my VERY best to ensure all customers are satisfied 100%. Currently I cannot offer refunds unless I have grossly misrepresented an item. Please contact me if you have an issue instead of automatically leaving negative feedback. I am a reasonable person and will work with you if a problem arises. If we work out an agreement and I DO give YOU a refund please note: I do not pay for return shipping, I only pay your original purchase&shipping. I usually pay more on shipping then what I charge my customers expecting this to be a lose in profit and the results of doing business that I'm willing to take. I try to give my customers the best shipping price and eat the extra cost regularly so when I get a return and the customer expects return shipping cost--I cannot keep in business with these extra expenses. So please make sure you really want the item before purchase. Thank you so much--
