The quality was very good, but the puzzle is just too difficult to be fun for our crowd. The Seller contacted me immediately upon giving this initial review and generously offered helpful information (e.g. using the wood grain) and other puzzles that are easier. I've changed my review because of the outstanding customer service.

Puzzle is gorgeous and I can't wait to see my mom open it at Christmas! Update: My mom, the recipient of these puzzles, said they were so hard she had trouble doing them with the answer key! That's in a good way; she's always looking for a challenge!
