Please Note:

• We do not offer rush orders due to variances in stocked inventory availability. Also, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive on a specific date because we cannot control the post office's transit speed. We'll do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible, but after we ship your order, it's in the hands of the carrier.
• Production is closed on holidays which will extend scheduled ship dates. However, customer service is always available. Expect an email via Etsy if we need any extensions.

Refund Policies:

Due to the nature of our custom, made-to-order items-all sales are NON-REFUNDABLE & we're unable to accept returns-ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
In the UNLIKELY event a return/exchange is approved by the shop owner due to CUSTOMER error OR an unresolveable issue, original shipping is NONREFUNDABLE & costs for return TRACKABLE (DO NOT send item(s) w/o tracking as this will be your only proof of delivery) shipping falls upon the buyer. Only after receipt of the UNDAMAGED item(s) will a refund OR replacement be issued. NOTE: the item must be UNDAMAGED to warrant a refund or replacement.

Cancellation Policy:

Because orders are processed as quickly as possible we DO NOT accept cancellations after an order is placed.

Your satisfaction is our top priority so please don't hesitate contacting us with any issues you may have before you leave a review. We will make every, within reason, effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Custom and personalized orders

For completely custom orders (from scratch), please contact us with your design idea and allow up to 3 business days to receive your first proof. To make the process go faster we suggest submitting an example of the design that closely resembles what you're looking for. For personalized items (i.e. initials, names, job titles), please fill out the NOTE TO SELLER section at checkout.

Buyer is responsible for purchasing the clip art/stock images they want on the product if we don't have it in stock.

Displayed Mockups:

Our listings contain photoshopped mockups of what your final item will look like. Please note the artwork/design may vary slightly in size, positioning, and color (due to computer color variances) to your final item. By purchasing from us you're acknowledging the listing's mockup image may vary (as stated above) to your final item(s), and no refunds will be given for the differences.


Sizes are based on US sizes. Please be sure to choose the correct size, as no refund or exchange will be given for items that are shipped according to what appears on the receipt or message thread at checkout.

Some listings require sizes and colors be left in the NOTE TO SELLER section at checkout. If the proper information is not annotated then expect delays in processing times. Orders WILL NOT be processed without all relevant information.

Care Instructions for Apparel:

All items have been pre-washed to avoid shrinkage. Please read and follow care instructions on clothing tags to prolong the life of the garment.

Changes to an Existing Order:

Because orders are processed as quickly as possible we are not able to make size, text, image changes after an order is placed. Please make sure to double check all sizes, color choices, and spelling when leaving notes.


In the event of a seller error (i.e. misspelling, arrives broken) please contact us within 3 bus. days with: error description & photos. Once we receive this info a replacement item will be processed & shipped (with tracking) within 7-10 bus. days.

PLEASE NOTE: Gifts By Charity is not responsible for delays during shipping nor are we responsible for items lost during transit, or items marked DELIVERED by the carrier. Once Gifts By Charity processes and ships your item(s) we have fulfilled our obligation to the sale. As a COURTESY, we would be glad to call the carrier for you, but ultimately the responsibility falls upon the buyer to call the carrier to find out what has happened to the package.
