I purchased two necklaces for my nieces dog whom passed suddenly. The seller not only got back to me immediately but she shipped out my necklaces immediately she also took the time to offer her condolences which was very nice and heartwarming to me . I was able to write a saying (quote) for the girls which the owner printed on a beautiful piece of paper within a heart. The girls have yet to take the necklace is off . A great experience with this owner would definitely buy from her again and recommend her .

I received these very fast and with great communication from the seller... the only thing is, they are in individual sealed gift envelopes so i do not want to open them and ruin the gift packaging. I will wait until I give to my bridesmaids to see what they look like.
