The test tube and flask at the top was broken off when it arrived in the mail, it's no problem to hot glue back in though. The color of the blue ribbon was perfect for my school colors but the bow was non-existent...it was just tied in a knot. Overall, an adorable piece to put in my classroom.

I bought this and asked for it to look exactly like the picture. The seller suggested that the bottom block be painted with chalkboard paint to write the name of the birthday boy/girl on since it will be in my classroom. My friend also ordered one at the same time. She asked for other colors to be used. We received them at the same time. Both of ours looked exactly the same but with colors we never asked for. The colors were not even close to what I asked for. The bottom block was not painted with chalkboard paint either. I contacted to seller to ask for my money back or a new one done exactly as the picture on the site. The seller said that he/she would do that. That was over a month ago and after attempts to contact the seller, he/she will not respond. The seller took my money and will not provide the product I ordered.

I was partially sold on this item by the chalkboard flags in the product listing and what I received did not match. It was more like a brown picture frame instead. The seller did not respond to my attempt to contact them.

Super cute but it was not wrapped in anything to protect it during transit nor did it indicate the package was fragile. When it arrived the flask and test tube on top had broken off from the rest of the sign. I am hoping I can reattach them. I reached out to the seller to let them know it broke during transit and did not receive a response.
