All dog collars and blankets are “MADE TO ORDER” and customized with “Name and Phone Number”. I will ship out customized orders within 14-16 days from order. USA, Canada and UK customers tracking would be provided. Since July Canada Shipping is delayed and is taking a week or two longer with closed borders.
I gladly refund/resend (no questions asked) if your order does not deliver within 30 days from shipping.
For items marked delivered by USPS but not received customers must provide a stolen mail report for a refund or resend.
