Both wigs still not received. Delivery was suppose to be between August 28 & September 11th. I have tried several times to contact seller and no response. I even messaged her on Facebook and no response. I am out two wigs and or $394.09!!! Apparently this happens quite frequently with this seller!!! I started a dispute with PayPal this morning to hopefully get my money returned.

I had zero communication from the seller since day one. They never responded to any of my messages when I asked to pay extra for quicker shipping, and they never ended up shipping the wig I ordered. I’m still waiting on a refund, and I ended up having to purchase from a different seller. It’s a shame because Gigi’s work looks incredible, and I was excited about my purchase, but if this is what I have to put up with to not even get it in the first place, I’d rather take my money elsewhere. To Etsy sellers like Gigi - if you’re not interested in doing business with people then close your shop, don’t screw them over and not follow through with what your shop promises to your customers. Very disappointed.

she gave me a refund,doesn't let you know if shipment went out wanted this hair for a show which I ordered almost 3 months out communication is the key ,just wish she was better with that but love her work and her wigs

It took longer than expected to arrive. But I was warned about delays in advance. The finished look after a little work from how it was packaged was amazing. The crowd at my show absolutely loved it.

A little issue with shipping but Gigi was amazing and worked with me to get this gorgeous hair. Thank you!

I had to open a case and escalate the case to get seller to ship. Poor communication. Wig itself it long but not big and luscious like the picture and the lace front is less then a centimeter and you can see the hard front through the lace. It also smells like pickles... personal feels like sabotage to be honest and etsy does not allow pictures if rated too low. I gave 5 stars because etsy issued a me a refund anyways which I believe I deserve with this poor quality wig but now at the cost of seller i give 5stars since its free. But now you can see picture!
