Gilded Fine Art Taken To A New Level

A couple of years ago Justin and I started thinking about putting his art and my photos on ceramic tiles. After some trial and error we figured out a plan. While it was all very satisfying Justin, always the one to try to kick things up a notch, decided he'd like to try adding metal leaf. Almost without hesitation it morphed into intricate hand cut metal leaf designs that that were and are without equal. Gilding frames and pottery have been done for many years but the level of these tiles is so high you will find nothing like them anywhere. I challenge everyone to scour the web, I have and there is nothing like them. Each tile is a one of a kind piece of fine art in that the design itself can be repeated but the use of the colors of metal leaf cannot. The application of the leaf is such that it looks different from every angle due to the refractive qualities. What you'll see in the shop is everything from Justin's hand vectored art and photos to simple gilded tiles along with gilds that have taken up to 90 hours to complete. We hope everyone will enjoy them as much as we do and encourage folks to talk with us about custom work.
