I placed my order right before the catastrophic storm hit Texas last month and even though he lost power he messaged me that my ring would be delayed and kept me posted on when it would go out. I asked for priority shipping and when it was sent out I got it 2 days later! Highly recommend Gili and his beautiful rings!
