With the exception of our editable place cards, none of the listings sold by Gillaspie Designs are editable by the customer. Although editable designs are something that are being considered for the future, right now I want to do that custom work for you to ensure the best possible quality of my products! You'll get beautiful, ready-to-print files without having to do any of the design work yourself!

There are so many resources available for printing, both locally and online! Message Gillaspie Designs with your printing questions, and I'll be more than happy to provide you with a list of recommendations that fit your budget and needs! Having your files printed is usually very quick, simple, and easy on the budget. ;)

I want all of my customers to love their custom designs! All orders come with two free rounds of edits to make any changes you'd like. This gives you time to look everything over, print a sample if you'd like, and request changes to wording, color, etc. Once you love how it looks, I'll send you the final, print-ready files!

You can include your custom information in the "Note to Seller" section when you place your order. If you have photos or a file to attach, you can send that over separately via Etsy Message or email it to hannah@gillaspiedesigns.com. I'll always send back confirmation that I've received it! Yes, absolutely! I love working on custom orders, so if you'd like special customization of ANY kind, please ask! Let's create something unique for your special occasion together! All additional customization charges will be stated up-front and approved by the customer ahead of time.

Of course! Customization requests are always welcome. Just keep in mind that when you request customization, the item will no longer be able to be downloaded instantly. Just send a message before placing your order to request any special customization (alternate colors, text, fonts, etc.). A special listing will be created for you to order from, and your custom files will be created and sent over to you within 3 business days for you to review!
