Custom and personalized orders
If you see a cap in my shop that is sold out, or you can’t find it in either the tieback or euro style, send me a message. I can also make a ponytail style to accommodate longer hair. I accept bulk requests if you need a quantity more than what is listed on my site, however, I usually have to order more fabric to do so which can take up to a week and a half to be delivered to me. I do not offer personalization at this time.
Sizing details
-Tieback caps are approximately 23 inches at most in circumference and can tighten to about 21 inches. This cap has thin ties that act as a drawstring to tighten (no elastic). It is best for short hair.
-Euro-style caps are about 26 inches at most in circumference and can tighten to about 21 inches. This cap is larger in circumference to accommodate tucking a small bun into it. It is best for shoulder/collarbone-length hair. This cap is tighter fitting than most euro-style caps. It may not be suitable for very long or thick hair.
Care instructions
The fabric I use for scrub caps is 100% cotton. To maintain color, please wash cold and hang dry/tumble dry low. Iron on the backside of the fabric.
I do prewash the fabric prior to sewing. This helps to prevent shrinking.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to these items serving as PPE, I do not accept returns/exchanges for scrub caps. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me!
Sometimes mistakes happen. If there is a defect in the item you received, please notify me and send a photo of said defect. I'm happy to figure out a solution for both of us!
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not currently offer gift wrapping.
I try to be environmentally friendly in my packaging by using paper honeycomb mailers & recycled plastic bags! Please recycle/reuse/compost these materials when you can! :)
Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $35 (no code required).
All items are already sewn and ready to ship. I ship USPS Ground Advantage which can take 2-5 business days. There have been increased delays in USPS shipping, so please be patient as it may take longer than the typical 2-5 days.
After your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Once an item is shipped, I have no control over delays. If there is an issue with a missing or delayed package, please contact your local post office first.
