About

An art and craft obsession

Currently Gillian produces wildlife art, paper beads, handmade silk cord, paper craft tutorials and sewing patterns.

Gillian was born with a needle in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. She grew up around a variety of crafts, from sewing and knitting to carpentry and home decorating and has drawn and painted for over 25 years. She currently lives in rural Scotland and runs her business from the kitchen table. In her spare time she is a frustrated academic with a background in Classical Studies and enjoys walking, yoga, reading and zombie movies.

Questions about your order?
Please if you have any problems with your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please let me know and I will be happy to try and resolve any problems. If you wish to return something please let me know as soon as possible and I will send you a cancellation form by e-mail that you can fill in and send back along with the returned items. Under EU law, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to let me know you wish to return them to me. Return postage is paid by the customer and refunds will be given when I receive the returned item safely. It is recommended that you get a certificate of posting or other proof of posting before returning something to me.

All items are posted from the UK so it may take several weeks for goods to arrive if ordering from overseas.

If the item does not arrive after 30 days I will refund your money or offer to re-make the items for you.

I like to consider myself an honest and helpful seller and want everyone to be happy with the service I offer. Just drop me a convo if you need any help.
Payment
If you come across a problem with the checkout process please let me know and I will do whatever I can to help.
Shipping
Shipping charges for more than one set of beads & cords is 10 pence per set on top of the initial postage charge for your region.

I try to mail orders within three working days.

All items are sent by Royal Mail but please remember that I am in the United Kingdom so shipping times may be several weeks if you are ordering from overseas. Shipping charges include a small charge for packaging materials and associated costs as well as the price of postage.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the customs fees and duty relevant to their country.
Additional policies and FAQs
Unfortunately I no longer offer items at wholesale prices.

Please be aware that I now have to charge a design fee for commissioned bead orders that use your own images due to the amount of time it takes to edit customer's own photos and to cover the printer ink used in making test prints. That charge is £5 per image and will be added to the cost of any commissions that use customer's own images.

Your personal details are safe with me. I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfil your order or for legal reasons (e.g. paying taxes).
