Estimated delivery times:
UK: 1-3 working days (All packages are sent by Royal Mail first class post).
Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks.
Please be aware that Covid 19 is causing delays with deliveries all over the world. Estimated delivery times can now be as much as 1-2 weeks in the UK and 4-6 weeks to the rest of the world. However most packages are still reaching their destinations within the 1-3 days or 2-3 week windows.
All items are sent by Royal Mail but please remember that I am in the United Kingdom so shipping times may be several weeks if you are ordering from overseas. Shipping charges include a small charge for packaging materials and associated costs as well as the price of postage.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the customs fees and duty relevant to their country. You can use an online tax calculator like simplyduty.com to work out how much tax you may be liable for. (see https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator)
Additional policies and FAQs
Please be aware that I now have to charge a design fee for commissioned bead orders that use your own images due to the amount of time it takes to edit customer's own photos and to cover the printer ink used in making test prints. That charge is £5 per image and will be added to the cost of any commissions that use customer's own images.
Your personal details are safe with me. I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfil your order or for legal reasons (e.g. paying taxes).
