Please would all buyers pay with paypal, within 3 days, thank you :)
Shipping
Jewellery will be neatly and securely wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap, packaged in a lovely white gift box and sent in a padded envelope.

I usually ship the next day after payment by First Class Post in the UK, and First Class Airmail to all other destinations.

As a guide, it takes about 7 working days for a parcel to reach the US.

Insurance / priority mail can be added at extra cost $8 / £4. Please convo me before paying to add this.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or taxes incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept returns unless the wrong item has been sent or the item is faulty. If this is the case, please contact me immediately. I regret that I will not be able to offer a refund if I have not been notified of a problem within 2 months of shipping.

Please note that as I wrap and package all my jewellery safely and securely, I am not responsible for any damage caused by the postal service in handling parcels. I may replace the item for you in exceptional circumstances, so you are welcome to convo me to discuss the situation :)
