The Adventures of Gilmore & Friends

The story of the Illustrated Adventures of Gilmore the Dachshund ....

We searched far and wide for a big red standard dachshund and found a truly wonderful dog with Gilmore. He came to us on a plane from Texas in August 2015 at four months old.
I wanted to draw Gilmore from the moment he stepped out of his crate and on to my lap!

I am liz "mum" story teller at Gilmore the Dachshund. I was raised south of Boston and lived in Boston for many years before moving west. I am still a Bostonian but first California called and now Texas is my home.

A graduate of the Syracuse School of Visual and Performing Arts, I have had multiple careers some creative some not. I enjoyed each one but illustrating every day has brought me more joy than I could ever imagine.

It's just me inventing Gilmore's stories for you to enjoy and every purchase you make brings me such joy. Thank you for supporting me and small businesses everywhere.
