INTERNATIONAL: Sadly, this affects International shipping greatly. And as such, I will be unable to offer international shipping any longer as this is a huge increase for first-class international shipping costs.
Although, if you find something in my shop that you just can't live without, I will be HAPPY to ship it to you if you do not mind paying a premium price for international shipping. SEND ME A CONVERSATION MESSAGE.

DOMESTIC: My shipping costs are merely an estimate, shipping is based on weight & zipcode (distance) as set by USPS. If you want a true shipping cost, please contact me PRIOR to ordering. If you have paid an overage of $3.00 or more for shipping, I will refund the difference back to you. Anything under $3.00 is considered packaging (tissue/wrap paper, bubble wrap, boxes, envelopes.. Etc) If I have paid extra to ship your package, you will receive an invoice for that amount from Gingerfly

*Special requests for shipping, ie; international, choosing UPS or Fedex,etc... will be fulfilled upon an individual basis. Please feel free to contact Gingerfly with any requests you may have.
*Please note that insurance & tracking information is included with PRIORITY shipping.
*Standard ground shipping now includes a tracking number, but not insurance.
*I will not be responsible for lost (due to an incorrect address), damage after an item is shipped, if you choose not to insure it with standard shipping, or items returned to me by USPS for any reason. For these reasons a refund cannot be issued.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will only be able to refund as a store credit, ONLY if the item you purchased is not as we described it to be, all items imperfections will be noted in the description ,unless you feel Gingerfly has grossly misrepresented an item or failed to note a major flaw. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us with any concerns. Please inform us within 24 hours upon receiving the item that you are returning your purchase. Item must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase and in the same great condition that it was when it was sent to you. This means with no odors of smoke, perfume, no makeup smudges or stains. Only the purchase price can be refunded, otherwise, all sales are final. Thank-you.
