5 out of 5 starsLove these silk ornamental cabbage flowers--since i didn't measure them before buying, they were quite a bit smaller than i thought they'd be for a full sized wreath that i had in mind for them--but seller was very friendly and helpful in setting up a special order while supplies were limited--and the miniature cabbage flowers will make a really cute mini wreath for inside my apartment--would be happy to shop w this seller again when international shipping resumes to the US

5 out of 5 starsExcellent product. Well formed and a lone branchis provided. The detailing is where the quality lies for me. Leaves have two colourations -the top and bottom of the leaf mimic the real plant having two different tones of green. Likewise the berries have a little hint of a seed at the base and the leaves are well shaped -mimicking a true holly leaf. Got the last one but if restocked I will buy again.

Gingertails started in 2013 with its roots in a backyard balcony. As designers, the abundance of beautiful ornaments and colouful ribbons found in our small cosmopolitan city of Hong Kong was a heaven-made. We started supplying these pretty things to more and more hand-made designers around the world via Etsy online platform, and later added artificial flowers into our portfolio.
Flowers have been an integral part of many people's life, often conveying one's message for love, whether happiness, and sorrow. They are commonly used to express love with gifts for special events, dress accessories, home decorations, events and stage decorations, wedding celebrations and many other occasions. Despite its beauty and seductive scent of fresh cut flowers, they often do not last beyond a few days. With artificial flowers, more people would be able to capture their most memorial occasions in life forever, compared to fresh or preserved flowers.
Artificial flowers can vary a lot in quality. We pride ourselves to invest in the efforts of handpicking only the highest quality realistic blooms available. Humans has emotional feelings attached to fresh cut-flowers, so we give a lot of attention to the smallest details in our flowers selection, which may sometimes be minor yet most important. The artificial flowers are just as beautiful as the real thing, yet they last much longer and require little maintenance.

We are based in Hong Kong from our studio in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
Specialised in a wide variety of artificial flower blooms, you are welcome to make appointment with us for requesting custom event decorations, or advice on creating your own hand-tied bunches for flower bouquets, dress accessories, etc.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
(2) We DO NOT accept cancellations once shipped out of our store. Please apply for a return or exchange after you received the order. You must bear the cost of postage costs to our office, however for exchanges, we shall bear the cost of re-shipping the item(s) back to you.
(3) If for any reason you are not happy with your purchased item(s), please contact us by email within 14 calendar days stating the reasons, and return the item(s) to us in their original packaging and in a sellable condition within 30 days for a credit or refund for the item(s). Refunds and exchanges will only be issued after receipt of the returned item(s). Item(s) for return must be sent back to us using a trackable method and with a receipt for our record. Item(s) lost during transit back to our office shall be at your own expense. You must bear the cost of postage costs to our office, however for exchanges, we shall bear the cost of re-shipping the item(s) back to you.
(4) Should you have any concerns after your order arrives, please contact us by email immediately for assistance. We shall be here to help address your concerns.

For Standard Shipping:
- Hong Kong - 2-4 working days to arrive
- Japan/ Korea/ Singapore - 2-3 weeks (10-15 working days) to arrive, depends on customs
- Australia/ France/ UK/ US - 2-8 weeks (10-40 working days) to arrive, depends on customs
- Canada/ Italy/ New Zealand, or countries with surface mail services only - 5-14 weeks (25-70 working days) to arrive, depends on customs
- South Africa, or countries without any surface mail/ airmail services - sorry no service yet

(2) Shipping may sometimes be delayed due to the unstable time schedule of international flights. We shall NOT take responsibility for any unexpected delay for the shipped item(s).
(3) If you don't receive your order within 2 months, you should contact us to help check with our local post office for the delivery status.
(4) NO refund will be issued unless the shipment is confirmed by our local post office as a missing parcel (The checking process may take up to 2-3 months)
(5) Your order may be subject to customs taxes and duties when shipped into some countries. If unsure, please contact your local customs office first for more information on custom taxes. We shall NOT take responsibility for any additional charges, or if your order is blocked and delayed by customs authorities.
