    Perfect, You might have noticed I'f ordered often from this store. The work is good and the bands always fit. I needed a sleep band for my charge 2, my husband complained every time I moved my arm during the night I lite up and woke him. So I had one made without the window for the display. There was never any question about making me a special band. The light still shows a little but no enough to bother my husband. and since it is a sleep band, I don't need the display. The band shipped within a couple of days and I received it 2 days before the expected delivery date

    This wristband is so comfortable. The window allows one to see the face of the Charge 2. I use the Zip-ClipWrap during the day, so that the tracker stays hidden from view. And I switch to the fabric band at night to track my sleep. The fabric band feels much nicer for sleeping than the rubber band that came with the tracker. I also like the fact that there is no wear and tear on the clips that are part of the tracker.

    The Zip-ClipWrap is well made. It holds the Charge 2 very securely. I'm able to discreetly wear my fitness tracker, by clipping it to my clothing, or using the wrap to place it in the middle of my bra. Nicely done!

creating is in my blood

i come from a long line of sewers. my great grandmothers and my grandmothers sewed and my mom is an amazing seamstress. when i was a very young girl my mom taught sewing classes at the local sewing store that she worked at. when we were old enough, my sisters and i took part in a kids sewing class. i believe we made quilts or pants or something like that! but the point is, i took that fabric in my hands and haven't put it down since. i love sewing and creating. i also paint, draw and play the piano.
i love being able to make things for people. custom orders are always my favorite! it is wonderful to see an item come together with both mine and my customers input.
i am very fortunate to work from home. my boyfriend and i converted a basement room into my studio and now i have a place to inspire me and my creative process.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Returns and exchange details
I want you to love your purchase!

Please contact me within 5 days of receipt of the package. I would be happy to exchange your item or issue a full refund, immediately after receiving the returned item. If you wish, I can re-make your item per your specifications. Shipping will be paid by you. Item MUST be in original condition.

Sometimes it is necessary to adjust the snap placement (everyone likes to wear their Fitbit a different way). I try very hard to get all the information that I need from you at the time of your order to ensure the perfect fit for you. If an adjustment is necessary just contact me to work out the details.

These bands are made from fabric, and if worn every single day they will begin to show signs of wear. They are not intended to last forever and becuase of that I do not replace bands that are "worn". I have several that I wear and when I change them out every now and then for a different band I get a lot more "life" out of them. If you intend to wear your new band every day as a replacement band, please consider purchasing more than one to rotate and lengthen the life of your BitWrap.

Payment
I accept Etsy's Direct Checkout, PayPal and Etsy Gift Cards.

Payment needs to be completed within three days of the transaction. If you need further time, please contact me. If I don't receive payment or correspondence within 5 days after your purchase I will need to cancel the transaction.
Shipping
I believe you should receive your item as quickly as possible. Most items are shipped between 2-3 business days of cleared payment, but sometimes life happens and it can take longer to get your item sewn up and mailed to you. If you order a custom item it can take up to 10 days to ship your order depending on how long fabric selection takes. Usually my turn around time is pretty quick, but I like to allow extra time since each item is custom made! I do communicate with every single order and will let you know how quickly your item will be shipped out or if there are any delays in shipping. Thank you!! :)

All items are shipped standard USPS with tracking.

Get it fast! Upgrade your shipping in my shop from USPS First Class mail to USPS Priority mail in the USA and get it sooner! Order will arrive in 2-3 days from ship date.
This is only for shipping within the United States. Tracking information and delivery confirmation included with upgraded shipping.

All orders are mailed to the shipping address on your Etsy account. Please ensure your shipping address is correct on your Etsy account. Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by a buyer are not retrievable by me once shipped.

International buyers may have import taxes, duties or other fees the delivery company adds to the purchase price. Please note that this is not part of the shipping charge. Since various countries have different procedures-please check this out before purchases. You are responsible for these charges.

Should you receive your item BEFORE Etsy's estimated Delivery Date, it will say "Open for review on [?Date?]. You may write your review anytime on or after that date, and should be completed within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Please be conscious of your Fitbit tracker and take care not to lose it! My items are tested and sewn very securely, but nothing is perfect. I can not personally be held responsible for lost or faulty fitness trackers.
