Frequently asked questions
My patch isn't staying?! I want a refund!

Unfortunately, once the patch has arrived I am no longer responsible for what happens to it. I cannot be held responsible for incorrect application, and because I cannot verify whether you applied it correctly or not, I'm not able to issue refunds. If the patch loses some of its adhesive from application, I recommend treating it as a sew-on (I encourage sewing application after applying with the heat transfer adhesive as well. The adhesive can wear off over time and repeated wash/cycles due to the agitation and heat. Sewing is always the best safety net!)

Where's my patch?

First off, please confirm that the shipping address you entered is a deliverable address. If it is not the correct address, I will refund you for the cost of the item once it returns back to me. The default shipping method is in first class letter mailers, which do not include tracking or insurance. If you would like your purchase to have updates on its location, I recommend upgrading your shipping to "+Add Tracking" at checkout. I can only provide partial refunds for items lost in the mail, because I cannot confirm whether or not your item did actually make it to you. I'm just one person running this store, and preying on the loopholes in the shipping options hurts me and my ability to pay bills.

How do I apply the iron-on patch?

Turn on your iron to polyester/silk setting, or medium-low heat, with steam off. Peel the paper backing off of you patch, and place it where you would like it on your garment. Take a pressing cloth (a piece of cotton fabric, such as a handkerchief, a pillowcase, or a tea towel) and lay it flat over your patch, and press it with the iron for 15-20 seconds. Turn your garment inside out, and press for another 10 seconds. Let the patch cool completely, and it should be adhered! To ensure it stays in place (the adhesive can become weak through exposed to heat, such as repeated washing or high temperatures) I strongly recommend hand stitching the edge of the patch in place.
