1 out of 5 starsThe web sight stated the sweatshirts were uinsex, so I ordered a medium women's. I received a MEN’s medium. I asked for a refund and was denied. I then asked if I could exchange for a smaller size to fit my wife. Did not receive a reply.

Hi Les, I am sorry you were unhappy with your order. However, my listing accurately describes the item that was sent to you as we chatted about in our previous conversation. I explained it was unisex sizing and you demanded a refund. This is still a UNISEX sweatshirt, not men’s specific or women’s and my listing description does reflect that. I sent my size chart, photo description explaining the sizing that is on each listing and my return policy and even suggested an option on how to shrink the sweatshirt to your liking. In the future please refer to my size chart and product description for all sizing information before ordering. I truly thank you for your order and hope you have a wonderful New Year.
