1 out of 5 starsThe web sight stated the sweatshirts were uinsex, so I ordered a medium women's. I received a MEN’s medium. I asked for a refund and was denied. I then asked if I could exchange for a smaller size to fit my wife. Did not receive a reply.

Hi Les, I am sorry you were unhappy with your order. However, my listing accurately describes the item that was sent to you as we chatted about in our previous conversation. I explained it was unisex sizing and you demanded a refund. This is still a UNISEX sweatshirt, not men’s specific or women’s and my listing description does reflect that. I sent my size chart, photo description explaining the sizing that is on each listing and my return policy and even suggested an option on how to shrink the sweatshirt to your liking. In the future please refer to my size chart and product description for all sizing information before ordering. I truly thank you for your order and hope you have a wonderful New Year. Hi Karen, So sorry your order was not up to your satisfaction. As we previously chatted about you did mention you ordered the wrong size and don’t know why you clicked a Large instead of a Small. My photos, description and size chart accurately reflect the sizing info and because my sweatshirts are made to order I do not offer refunds especially after the item has been delivered.
