Hello there,
How do you think of my crowns? All of my crowns are handcrafted by me, from my own original ideas and templates. I spend dedicated hours of creating something different than others you normally find, then additional time and effort will be made to finish one crown. I am proud of each crown and am sure that you will enjoy having one or two.


PHILOSOPHY
My business philosophy is still evolving as experience teaches me more and more each time I make a sale. The following is a list of the principle considerations that i think of currently.

SAFETY FIRST
All of my crowns are great for newborns up to the young at heart if you use it properly. It is important that you know that they are not toys, they are designed for you to put-on, wrap-around, or sit on top of your head only.
I use all different kinds of felts in order to have as many colors as I could to play with. Some are eco-friendly and some are wool blend, they both are CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) certified, baby-safe felts, which are better for the environment and safe for our children.

Shipping
SHIPPING TIME & METHODS
I ship with USPS(U.S. Postal Service) insured First Class Mail® and in the US only. Tracking and expedited shipping options are available with an additional fee, please look under TRACKING & UPGRADES below for details.
If you want me to choose other shipping service provider, please contact me and let me know.
The following shipping time is not a guaranteed time, they are the general information from USPS. Working days are Monday through Friday and do not include major holidays. USPS does not deliver on Sunday.

Within the US:
USPS First Class Mail® - 3 to 7 working days
USPS Priority Mail® Flat Rate - 2 to 5 working days

Once you post your order, there is a 24 hour waiting period, where you can change your shipping option, resizing, gift wrap or cancellation by contacting me via e-mail. If I don't hear anything from you, your order will be shipped on the next working day to your Etsy address and I will e-mail you to let you know your order is on its way.

Tracking and extra services are available and they are up to you to add, please contact me before you make your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE
Although your shipment gets sent out within 48 hours, I have no control over USPS after I hand it over to them. Most of time, you will get your shipment within a reasonable period of time, but things do happen sometimes that I cannot be held responsible for packages that are late, lost or stolen. If you have a due date or mail theft may be an issue in your area, please contact me that your package be shipped with extra services. And remember, your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed at my "GirlGirlBoy" shop. Please don't be hesitant to contact me if there is any problem with your crown, I will work with you until you are happy with my products.


PACKAGING
I try my best to pack very well, my shipping price covers postage, packaging and insurance. Each product has been packed in a heavy duty Ziploc bag when completed so that it does not get wet when the package gets tossed in the puddle. When an order is placed, I wrap it with care in tissue papers and ship with an invoice in a smash-proof corrugated/photo mailer.


MILITARY MAIL
If you have an APO/FPO/DPO address, you must contact me with your location and a zip code first before you make your purchase so that I can look up for a shipping restriction in your area. Please note that an additional 5 to 7 working days or even more days are required for the delivery process thru USPS Priority Mail® International Flat Rate. The post office requires companies to hand deliver packages being sent to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. This is one reason why additional processing time is required for shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I am confident that you will love your crown. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me via e-mail within 5 working days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt, and you must contact me before returning any items and obtain proof of posting. I will gladly refund your purchase price less shipping and handling cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Item must be in original resalable condition in order to receive refund. I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping, so please consider insuring and/or tracking item when returning.
Please note that there are no refunds or returns allowed on personalized orders, it is just too difficult to re-sell.
