The following policies will provide a guideline for most situations. But sometimes problems arise and it may just take a little extra thought and work to make sure that these are resolved with mutual satisfaction. That's my goal, your happiness. Corpus Christi, Texas residents will pay 8.25% Sales Tax
**** Contact us and we can also put up a Reserved Listing for you. The Reserved Listing will be held for five (5) days. If payment is not received within the five (5) days, the listing will again be opened for sale unless previous arrangements have been made.
The buyer will be responsible to pay all Duty/Import tax on items shipped internationally. Items shipped internationally may not be returned based on the cost of Duty/Import tax.
The standard method of shipping is first class or priority mail, depending on package weight. Packages mailed within the United States should reach their destination within 3- 5 business days according to the US Postal Service. International mailings can take 10 business days or more depending on the destination.
If another shipping method is desired, convo me and I'll try to accommodate you. If you would like insurance, please ask and I'll send an updated paypal bill.
Almost all confirmed (fully paid) orders are shipped within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. The shipping fees include the cost of envelopes, packaging (protective bubble envelope, bags, box and others that are necessary) Custom orders are handled on a case by case basis. You will receive an email when the package has been sent. For packages mailed within the United States, you will also receive a confirmation number which you can use to check the status on the USPS website.
IMPORTANT please read - I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY PayPal or Etsy. If you are purchasing a GIFT or need the purchase sent to a different address, log onto your PayPal account and add the new delivery address to your profile. It is very easy. You can also edit or add the address to PayPal during the payment process. You will be asked to review the details and edit the delivery address if needed.
If Not using Pay Pal, double-check to make sure the address you want your item sent to (other than your profile address) is correct. You can also put it in your notes to seller.
It is very important that buyers understand sellers have no control on postal service delivery time. We are not responsible for any packages that have been delayed or lost in transit, including express/expedited/registered packages that have been delayed in transit.

**for Priority Mail and Express you will need to let me know in advance so I can adjust your shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with any item for any reason, simply notify me and return the item within 10 days. I will refund the price upon receiving the returned item, no questions asked. All items must be in original condition and include all packaging and labels.
Please - Special Orders are Nonrefundable as they are made to your designs and color preferences.
