These cat headbands are the most stinking, cutest headbands that I own! Super high quality and most definitely worth the money!

Thank you so much Gitana for these custom bunny ears! My wife had the idea for them, but you really brought them to life! In the future, please keep the design if you can because we will def be buying more of these same ears with some slight variations from you (different color fabrics etc...) We couldn't be happier with our order and these ears will be used on stage for my music show, and I like to wear them around just for fun for people's reactions. Ttfn! -Chris

My Passion of design

Designers don't fall from the sky, all finished and ready. They are built up out of knowledge, memories and inspirations.

I don't know when my love-affair with crochet started. It can probably be visiting the library.
I decided to track myself to crochet from a stack of library books. First I was confuse by trying to read the pattern, that all I could do was chain. Eventually I figured it out and have been crocheting every day since.

Innovative as it may be, each crochet pattern uses crochet stitches. Not all designers have a history that is easy to unravel.
Crochet is a looping technique in which a single yarn interlocks with itself repeatedly in an endless series of convoluted loops dragged through each other with a hook and resulting in a very bulky fabric. Experimentation is very important and forms a large part of my works. I love using common materials in unusual ways and my work is a reflection of it.

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 5-7 days after receipt of payment unless there's customization requested.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We're not responsible for any lost package or mistakes made by the "Post Office".
Buyers are at their own risk once item is ship.

SORRY, we don't offer REFUNDS or RETURNS at the moment.

My default shipping method is 1st Class with tracking number. Takes about 2-4 business days. If you'd like insurance or a faster shipping method, please message us before purchasing, and we can adjust the listing price for you to include it. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the package once I ship it.

*Domestic Insurance*

While 99.9% of the time USPS delivers your package without any delays, every once in awhile USPS loses your package, either temporarily or permanently. We try our best to help out in these situations the best we can, but we will no longer be liable for any lost or delayed packages once your order leaves our facility. We provide tracking will all domestic shipments listing the date and time your package was received by USPS and no longer in our possession.

If you are concerned about USPS losing your package, please purchase the priority mail upgrade. The priority mail upgrades comes with $50 of USPS insurance in the event they lose your package. This insurance is not offered by Designs by Gitana, but by USPS directly when you order is shipped USPS Priority Mail.

**International Customers important information regarding of VAT, TAXES and import customs FEES and DUTIES.
Before you ordered they said VAT included (where applicable) this is "not included" VAT/Duties,taxes and fees are not included in the price and may apply in your country. You are responsible for those charges.

We ship worldwide. Please note that for international orders, we ship via USPS first class mail, which doesn't include insurance. Average time frame to receive your order will vary based on your individual country. From what we are hearing from our international customers, that average is anywhere from 2-6 weeks from the time it leaves our facility.

USPS does not offer tracking information for international 1st class mail orders to all countries, so there is absolutely no way of us knowing where your package is at after it leaves the USA. There is also no way of us verifying whether you actually received your order. For this reason we cannot refund or replace any lost international orders, we are sorry. We are a very honest company who want happy customers, just look at our feedback, but we cannot be sending out expensive international order two or three times because you did not receive them. Once it leaves our facility we have no control on who is opening, inspecting or stealing your order. If you would like to pay extra postage we can send your international order Priority and Express mailing, however please realize the shipping fees are going to be very high. Please contact us prior to your order if you would like these shipping options. Please be aware that you are responsible for any import fees, duties, declared value fees or taxes based on you individual countries specific import laws.

We cannot be held responsible for whether your country's customs holds items! Sometimes our packages to Europe are held up to two months! Please be aware of this, as it is out of my control. We have also experienced customs delays with items shipped to Canada.
Be aware that some country has less reliable postal system.
Please research your country's post office before purchasing.

*Orders shipped outside the U.S. may incur duty fees depending on the value of the item(s) shipped. We're not responsible for any custom tax or additional fees.These fees are the buyer's responsibility and may differ from country to country. Please check with your local government for more information. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the package once I ship it.


Note that it is your responsibility to ensure the right shipping address is provided. Should a package be returned due to unknown addressee/address, refused, not called for, or address incomplete/ wrong we will have to charge the actual cost of delivery to re-send.

We will not be responsible for loss or damage to the packages once we ship it. We strongly urge you to request shipping insurance for large orders.

As we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colors, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colors will be exactly as they appear on our website.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges, but we do our best to take quality photos and offer detailed descriptions. If you have ANY questions or concerns, please feel free to message us first :)

You need to notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order about any discrepancies in your order . After 7 days, all sales are final with no exception.
Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry, we do not offer refunds or returns at the moment.

There is no return for:
1.Lost packages.
2. Packages returned to us for not having the correct address that you provided us. 3. Packages returned to us because you missed the delivery time .
4. Packages returned to us for not wanting to pay the amounts fees, duties, declaration value fees or taxes.

Please understand that we can not maintain merchandise. Also understand that all packages returned or lost have not been our fault and that is why we are not responsible and therefore it is the responsibility of the buyer. We also make it clear to the buyer to read our policy before making any purchase, if the buyer decides to buy is because it accepts our policy.
Additional policies and FAQs
*Canada Buyers, because the labour dispute there are going to be a possibility of delayed shipments to Canada beginning on July 2 as a result of a service disruption caused by an ongoing labour dispute at Canada Post. The disruption will affect all shipments that are handled by Canada Post. This includes shipments into Canada from other national carriers like USPS and Royal Mail.
I will not be able to ensure delivery on shipments sent out past the last ship dates suggested by Canada Post. Consult the Canada Post strike updates page to view the last day to ensure delivery for each shipping service.
