Frequently asked questions
Do you accept return?
if you are not satisfied or not need it for any reason, I accept returns for non-customized and non-personlized items and item that are not on sale. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving.
The item(s) must be returned in new condition (Not used) in the original packaging for a full refund. We do not refund the original shipping and a 25% processing fee will be deducted for restocking. Any product(s) that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Custom and personalized items
2. items on sale
Custom and personalized orders
1. if your package get lost in transit, I will process a refund or send a replacement.
2. Your package is marked as Delivered but you haven't received it.
Please give it a few days more often than not your item is delayed. Also, try to contact your local USPS with your tracking number they will be able to help you locate your package. Incase, your item can't be located, file a missing package form.
