Custom orders close for Mardi Gras 2026 on January 30th. The shop will go on a short vacation starting Feb 9th until Feb 21st while my family takes a short vacation. I will not be available for messaging or shipping out orders but will reply to your messages when I return

*******SHIIPPING UPDATE: We always pick the cheapest shipping route possible, because of the recent shipping issues with US Post Office and the increase in EVERYONE'S prices for upcoming holidays, shipping with US Post Office will be offered at a cheaper and MUCH SLOWER RATE compared to UPS (7 TO 10 DAYS). As of 5/1/25, we will offer flat rate shipping on select items. This FLAT RATE shipping will go through the US Post OFFICE using their cheapest and slowest travel process ( 7 to 10 business days , EXCLUDING WEEKENDS. If you would like your item to be processed and completed faster than the displayed processing time, please consider adding/paying for UPS upgrade with your item in your shopping cart to avoid shipping delays or lost packages.

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on custom items or handmade wreaths or centerpieces. Please keep in mind the following things before you make your purchase:
1) Take a look at the processing time mentioned in the lisitng and compare to the time you would like your order delivered before you make your purchase.
2) There are different shipping options to support faster delivery.
3) Please confirm your shipping address is correct. If the address is incorrect and the label is printed, you will be charged an additional cost to update the shipping to NEW CORRECT address. Thank you for understanding.
4) If the item has been shipped and the address is incorrect ( error is at no fault of Glam Mercy Designs) we cannot intercept and stop the delivery to reroute to the new address. Most orders have to continue of its path to the wrong address and then be re-shipped to the correct new address. To rectify this shipping error, there will be an additional NON-REFUNDABLE shipping cost charged to you the customer.

***CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellations are accepted they must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
This only applies IF: 1) the order has NOT BEEN PROCESSED and shipped or 2) the shipping label was not printed and the order was not prepped for shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS

****REFUND POLICY- Depending on item purchased, refunds are not given. Please check and double check size of item, how many the listing is being sold for and how many you are buying for the price. Refunds are not issued for most items sold in this shop.
~~~~REFUND REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL NO MORE THAN 12 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE OR DELIVERY.
If a refund is to be granted, there will be restock fee of 35% plus cost of return shipping fees charged back (subtracted from original purchase price) to the item total purchase price once it is returned in good standing and reviewed by the team.
