Welcome to my Etsy shop, I am so happy you’re here! I want to provide all general information here on my shop announcement page to streamline all listings. Here you will find valuable information that will help with some frequently asked questions regarding my shop policies. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions :)

Damaged/Lost/Stolen:
I am responsible for your items until it reaches the Post Office. After that it is out of my control. Once your order is marked as shipped please allow 1-3 business days for USPS to actually pick up/scan package. Please take note of the shipping options available for your order. Most orders ship via Priority Mail automatically which has insurance of up to $50. If your shipping states Fist Class please understand it does come with tracking information but no insurance. If you encounter an issue where the package is damaged, lost or stolen you will contact USPS directly and possibly file a claim with them.

Returns or exchanges:
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges cannot be honored due to the fact that each item is custom made. I will work with you to insure you are pleased with your purchase so you can rest assured. If for any reason, you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase, please message me so we can discuss options regarding resolutions.

Cancellations:
No cancellations after you have placed your order.

Processing time:
Please note what processing time is listed while checking out. Processing time varies. If you need your order rushed, please message me because there is a Rush My Oder listing that might best fit your needs.

I reserve the right to resell, redesign and make changes accordingly to your custom order, which means ALL CUSTOM ORDERS can be resold. Most logo creators/illustrators charge additional fees to retire a design, I unfortunately am not in a position to do so at this time for a design. I will gladly work with you on your idea to bring it to life as best as I possibly can but I will post the finished product in my shop and social media to showcase the new design.

I love to work with logos! I will never resell an item if you send me your logo to be used for your purchase. I would nicely turn down the purchase and let the customer know this is someone’s company/brand logo and they could message you privately for permission.

Quick notes on care instructions:
1. Please do not add water to any brush holder or ring dishes. They are not
meant for holding water or food.
2. For any water bottle or drinkware please hand wash with cold water, avoid the microwave and dishwasher and gently clean area around design.
3. For shirts or makeup bags please wash in cold water, inside out if possible and avoid bleach or downy (fabric softener).
