***** I WILL NOT replace products lost or damaged during shipping. I have no control over the products once they are shipped out and will NOT take responsibility for the carelessness of the USPS. I package all products in bubblewrap mailers, and bubblewrap each item individually before placing them in the mailer as well as put "FRAGILE" & "Handle with care" on every package. This is the best I can do. If a clay product reaches you damaged, superglue works well to put it back together.
