And while I will go the extra mile to connect with you throughout our entire transaction here's some things you really ought to know about my Terms & Conditions that apply to each sale.

All items ship from a pet free and smoke free studio.

Payment
If you purchase an item I expect full payment within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in relisting of item and automatic negative feedback given. I'm really sorry if this sounds harsh but I'm a serious seller so please be a serious buyer.

If you're just thinking about an item, I recommend "hearting" it or "favoriting" it until you are ready to purchase. If you are a serious buyer but waiting for pay day please convo me as I'm happy to work with you!

While I accept PayPal for your convenience I also accept Google Checkout, Cashiers Check and Money Orders.
Shipping
I ship most items with the United States Postal Service using standard shipping. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods but generally it can take anywhere from 3-9 days to deliver from door-to-door. If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii this may take much longer.

Once the the USPS accepts the package, I am not responsible for any losses or delays in delivery. Please understand it is literally out of my hands and out of my control at that point. A tracking number is always included with each shipment. Occasionally I may use FedEx instead of USPS however this is extremely rare. Since I do not have a UPS account, this method of shipment is not an option.

It typically takes me less than 24 hours after payment clears to ship an item. My local post office is just down the street from me and I take pride handing off your purchase to them expeditiously!

All my shipping and handling costs are for US domestic orders only. If you are an international buyer know that I really do love you but I don't offer it in my listings because as we all know shipping outside the US has become very cost prohibitive.

So to all international buyers here's my take: if you're serious about an item simply purchase it and I will bill you for my shipping and handling costs to get this item to you. I will always go with the cheapest method of shipping available to me and pass the savings on to you. My margin is based on the fair market value of the items I sell and not on what it costs to ship. Having said that, I no longer offer international shipping quotes because frankly it's just been a waste of my time to run down to my local post office to inquire.

While I do my best to shipping costs down, I also want to be smart. Any shipping method I go with will include a tracking number even though this might cost us both a teensy bit more. I do this for your safety and peace of mind as well as mine.

I am not responsible for damaged and/or lost packages. I recommend insuring items if this makes you feel uncomfortable. Please contact me for an adjusted shipping costs bill if you prefer to insure your item.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns prior to making a purchase. I want you to be happy with your decision, however it is not my policy to accept refunds/returns. If you are purchasing a vintage item please note "ALL SALES FINAL".

I am very informative if you have any questions so ask me a bunch and I'll do what it takes -- send more photos, make a video, write more description -- so that you have a better comprehension of what you're purchasing. It's no problem and I'm happy to provide this for you!

Hair items: In compliance with federal, state and local hygiene and sanitation laws, NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS are accepted on any hair items including wool dread falls and synthetic falls. Please contact me if you need assistance before making a purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
Any transaction here on Etsy should be a delightful and positive experience for both the buyer and the seller. Please understand that while I'm so very grateful for the opportunity to list my items on Etsy, I reserve the right to refuse a sale if I feel I cannot meet the buyer's demands, or if a transaction has ceased to be profitable and/or enjoyable to me.

My deep apologies, however if you have a feedback of 98% or less I will not do business with you. I work hard to bring quality products and excellent service to every listing and transaction. If I feel you a sock puppet obfuscating your true profile of a low feedback score I will also withhold doing business with you and may report you to Etsy administrators.

Ergo: if you are rude or abusive I will not respond. If you are a potential bidder from a country I do not ship to I will also not respond.

I want to emphasize: I am here to make your visit to my shop and doing business with me a positive experience. Please convo me with any questions prior to making a purchase because it is not my policy to accept returns or refunds.
