So pretty, I really love it. Perfect size glass pendant, adjustable leather cord. Looks lovely.

Sadly, this was not available. However, Sue sent me a refund AND a gift of beads in apology. How nice! Thank you.

About

Glass Scroll Studio

My love of glass goes back many many years. About 25+ years ago I took a stained glass class and was totally in my glory! My potting shed soon became my work shop where I would create gifts for friends and family.

Being a carpenter's daughter, the smell of fresh cut wood would also make me giddy! I purchased a scroll saw and began to make unique baskets and other items. Now my potting shed became way too crowded.

Three years ago, my husband and some good friends of ours built my studio - my glass and wood haven! I now have a bench to work on each of my passions. I don't have to clear the decks to start a new project!

Etsy has been a wonderful inspiration to me. I continue to learn my crafts and hope to one day be a full-time artisan, with a healthy following on Etsy. Thank you for visiting my shop. If you have any questions, shoot me an e-mail! I love to talk about my glass, because that's how I learn!

Thank you!

My beads are joyfully created using a Carlisle Mini CC torch and then kiln annealed over night for added strength. Each bead is carefully cleaned of bead release and gently packaged and sent on its way to its new home.

Payment
I accept Credit/Debit, Paypal check or money order. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Payment is appreciated at the time of order. Once payment has cleared, I will happily ship your order!
Shipping
I do not charge extra for shipping or handling. I am just happy to share my passion for glass! Shipping overseas presents limitations here though. Unfortunately the cost to ship most times is more than the price of the piece. I am sorry my foreign friends! If you don't mind paying the postage, I would be more than happy to pay half!
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. BUT.... If you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo or email me, and I will be more than happy to discuss the piece with you. Should a bead arrive damaged, contact me and send me a photo and I will settle with you with a refund or create another piece for you.

Due to the properties of glass, I cannot make an exact duplicate, but I will work diligently to create a duplicate. At the end of it all, I just want happy customers!

Thank you!
Additional policies and FAQs
If you need a custom order, contact me and we can discuss the particulars. Payment for custom orders will be half upon order and the balance upon completion.
