I accept PayPal only. Please submit payment at time of purchase. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay for your order through PayPal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with a credit card without signing up for a PayPal account. Once payment has cleared I will ship your item. Payment within 48 hours is mandatory; otherwise I will re-list the item. All sales are considered final unless item is damaged in transit.
Your item will be shipped via the service most appropriate for it. I also insure each piece for its full item price. Insurance is included in the shipping price. On large custom items I will require signature confirmation. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
All items are shipped 4-5 business days after the completion of your payment. Custom orders will take more time.
If you would like your item shipped to an address different than your Etsy account, please contact me and I will gladly accommodate you.
I only sell and ship domestically within the United States ( no International sales ).
Refunds and Exchanges
My panels are carefully packaged in layers of bubble-wrap and packing material. However, accidents do happen. If a package arrives damaged, please keep all of the packaging material and box.
All shipments are insured for their full value. If an item arrives damaged you, the buyer needs to file the claim with the shipping service. You can do this on-line. If the item was shipped via the US Postal Service, you can file a claim on-line or in person. To file a claim in person, take it all down to the Post Office most convenient to you and initiate the claims process. Take the damaged item and all packaging material. I will e-mail you a copy of the insurance receipt. You will need to give them the insurance receipt AND a copy of the Etsy or PayPal invoice when filing the claim.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom orders are not refundable. If you decide to cancel your custom order for any reason the down payment will not be refunded. If supplies for a custom order are purchased prior to the cancelation, no refund will be provided for the actual cost of those supplies.
Stained glass is fragile. If an item has been damaged in transit, I ask that you report the damage to me by e-mail and also to the Postal Service or other carrier near you to begin the insurance claim process. Then, please ship the claim report along with the item and its original shipping materials back to me, insured for full purchase price. Upon receipt, I will refund full purchase price, or we can work together on a replacement for the item, if you wish.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most custom orders are welcome. Approximate price for panels is $150-$250 per square foot depending on complexity, plus the cost of materials. Shipping and handling are extra.
For custom orders, the length of the job and the timing of the order, in reference to other orders, will determine how soon I will be able to complete and ship the item.
I do not do repairs.
Custom orders require a down payment for materials. Please contact me to begin your custom order. We can work out the details of the down payment and the design of the order. A listing will be made for purchasing on the completion of the custom item. Price will include square footage, materials, labor, S/H, insurance.
Local pickup is available for Southern California residents near Pasadena.
