Beautiful craftsmanship made with great attention to detail. It arrived fast, safe and sound even though it had to travel across the world to find it's home.

About

Glass that you can't keep your hands off of.

Kultūra Glass has a love affair with texture and wants to share it with the whole world. The common denominator in their kiln formed and sand casted glass was easy to see from the beginning: everything was about the texture and the unique optics that are created in glass.

We support handmade culture and want to offer a little piece of it to everyone who can't create their own glass art. Keep your eyes on Kultūra, because in the future we want to offer the unforgettable experience of glass workshops to as many people as possible.

We use recycled glass and materials whenever possible, to promote sustainable studio practices.

Nicole is obsessed with feeling different textures. To share this experience she creates glass works where, hopefully, the viewer will crave the chance to feel the unique, textured surfaces.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payments are currently only accepted through Paypal.

Commissions: We love personalizing things!

Want an existing design made with different colours? No problem, no down payments!

Want a new design created and rendered just for you? No problem. The design process is free, all you have to pay is an additional $5.00 to cover for extra materials we use! No down payments until after a design has been approved by you.
Shipping
All products are packaged and shipped in one to two business days. Any custom taxes or fees that occur during the shipment are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay.

If you are interested in a specific shipping company or type of priority shipping, please let us know immediately and we will be happy to adjust the cost of shipping accordingly.

We ship with Canada Post's 'regular parcel' to keep unnecessary shipping fees down.
Refunds and Exchanges
If a purchase arrives broken or you are generally dissatisfied with it, you may return it for a refund (less the cost of shipping). This excludes circumstances where customs takes items, or a postal service loses something.

Anything that is lost or damaged by customs or the postal company is not our responsibility. If either of those two entities intervened during the delivery process they will leave their official mark on the packaging. Seeing as such a case would be quite unfortunate (especially as it is neither parties fault), we would be happy to offer a 50% discount on the purchase of a replacement item.

If your product has arrived damaged, or been affected by a third party: Immediately send us photographic proof of the situation. We will be looking to rectify the situation with you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

If you are simply dissatisfied with your purchase and would like a refund: we will examine the work to determine whether any damage occurred while it was in your possession (i.e. scuff marks, large scratches, chips). If we find that the piece is unsellable, you will not be refunded.
Additional policies and FAQs
Everything we sell is original and handmade by Kultūra Glass. We use recycled glass whenever possible to promote sustainability. We properly anneal every piece of glass for added strength and durability. Glass should not be run through a dishwasher unless stated otherwise.
