Announcement   Thank you for visiting The Glasserie, where almost everything is made with a touch of glass. My products include stained glass picure frames, suncatchers and ornaments. I'm continually branching out, so watch for new designs and original decorative items. My interests are varied and so are my creations, so keep coming back to see what's new!

Welcome to The Glasserie! "Glasserie" is a German word meaning "glass series." When I began The Glasserie I worked almost exclusively in stained glass, making a series of 3 dimensional star ornaments. After a while my "clientele" (friends and family) had been inundated with glass stars! So I branched out to include stained glass snowmen, santas and candy canes in my repetoire. Since then, my creations have evolved to include stained glass picture frames, whimsical suncatchers, seasonal glass brooches, and when I'm feeling really motivated- 3 dimensional pine trees. I've even broadened my glass horizons to include glass beadwork, jewelery, and even the occasional painted handbag. Of late, I am really becoming interested in crafting with natural, recycled, and repurposed materials, too! To remain true to my beginnings, I try to incorporate a touch of glass into each of my creations.

Additional policies and FAQs
If you see something in my shop that interests you, but you'd like it in a different color, feel free to ask me about it. I use reclaimed and scrap glass for my glass items, and repurposed fabrics for my flowers, so my supply of colors may be limited, but it never hurts to ask!
