I am known as Glasslady52 and I have been making stained glass for the past 17 years. I am originally from New Jersey but I now live in sunny Florida. I list smaller pieces of stained glass for sale, but I also do custom orders please contact me at Patlucia [!at] comcast.net also check out my web page at http://glasslady52.weebly.com
Accepted payment methods
- Money Order
I accept credit cards through Paypal,or money orders. I also will accept personal checks (which I will hold until they clear before I ship item). If you prefer to give your credit card number directly to me please e-mail me with this request at Patlucia [!at] comcast.net. Payment arrangements should be made within 2 days of ordering.
I ship USPS Priority Mail unless you request otherwise. Shipping will be done within 2 days of Paypal payments, longer for checks. Box prices are $4.95 or $10.35 depending on the size of the item ordered as to which box it will fit in. I'll gladly combine several items into one package if they will fit to get you the best price on shipping, just ask.
Refunds and Exchanges
Pieces are wrapped in bubble pack for protection but occasionally a piece will get broke during the mailing. If you receive your oder and it is broken, the broken item must be returned to me before a new one will be issued, and the return postage is the customers responsibility. I will then determine if I can fix the piece of stained glass, or if it will have be to remade, I will then mail it back to you.
Additional policies and FAQs
Stained glass whether it be a small item or a panel if you do not see what you are looking for, these can be specially ordered, my policy is half of the total order must be paid up front for custom orders, and the rest must be paid at the time of completion of the order, also to include postage since larger panels need to be packaged differently these get mailed UPS ground. The postage will be higher than if mailed USPS Priority Mail at the post office.
