4 out of 5 starsUPDATE: Dropped a star, as I learned the hard way that this tray is quite fragile. I lightly bumped a counter edge while carrying it and a small piece chipped off exposing what looks like particleboard. ORIGINAL: This is a lovely, well made ottoman tray. In my small home I need to maximize space, and this tray allows the ottoman to dually serve as a coffee table when needed. I ordered the bone white and it works nicely with my decor. The surface is nice and flat which makes it able to accommodate thin stemmed wine glasses (that was important to me!). So far I have not had issues with staining, but I haven't put it to the test yet (and hope not to). Must note that it took some time to ship, so plan accordingly... I was, however kept up to date by the seller. Overall, an attractive and functional addition to my living space!

Frequently asked questions
Which is more durable, matte or gloss?
Sheen is simply an aesthetic preference. Both finishes are top-coat rated professional lacquer applications. Our matte mimics the qualities of velvet - matte when viewed straight on, but when caught from an angle light softly cascades over the surface. The gloss finish is a beautiful luster with sophistication, a shine that can morph into varied settings, but does not scream "plastic". Both may be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild dish detergent.
Can I use this tray with cold and hot drinks, is it food safe?
Absolutely, rest your glass and mug, or serve up a nice cheese platter and cupcakes. Our water-based lacquers are top coat rated and food safe.
Do you make custom sizes?
We would be delighted to create a custom tray for you. Simply send us a message with your specifications for a quote.
Care instructions
Your tray may be cleaned with a dry or damp cloth- a damp cloth with a mild dish soap detergent works well. Please do not submerge your tray in water. Not dishwasher safe.
