lovely little bottles. i absolutely love them and will be ordering more soon. two things: firstly, they take 2.5 or so weeks to arrive, so be patient. secondly, i feel like the photos in the listing make it look like the caps are pink, which is what i was expecting/hoping for, but the caps are actually white! just fyi. anywho, the bottles were very well packed, individually wrapped in bubble wrap, so they all arrived intact. thank you!!! :-)

Shipping
Your order will be shipped to the address entered on your Etsy order, not your Paypal address. Items will be shipped within a week after payment is received.

Standard Local Mail Delivery within Singapore 1-3 working days.

Standard Air Mail Delivery outside Singapore 6-14 working days. In exceptional cases, it might take between 2 to 6 weeks (depending on the country of destination).

Item eligible for free shipping will be sent via Standard local mail / air mail only.

Please send me a convo if you would prefer your package to be shipped via registered mail at an additional USD2.50 on top of the published shipping rates.

Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to your order nor will we help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Last but not least, I do not accept responsibility for lost mails.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you find that your product is not satisfactory or damaged during transit, please contact me within 3 days of receiving package and send the item back. I'll be happy to initiate a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping cost
