REFUNDS/DAMAGED/RETURNS:
Custom orders: All sales final.

Other orders: You must contact us within 10 calendar days after you receive your item/s with any and all concerns/questions regarding your order, no exceptions please. If an item is damaged, please email us a picture of the damage first through an Etsy convo. You may be directed to file a claim through the postal service if the damage was the result of mishandling by the postal system. We package our items EXTREMELY WELL, but please understand that how packages are handled is beyond our control and/or area of responsibility. We are not obliged to replace your item for free or issue you a refund due to USPS negligence.

Lost/Stolen Packages: I'm sorry, but WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES mailed without insurance. We are also not responsible if you input your address incorrectly in accordance with the USPS system at checkout. Seller is also not responsible for the security of the delivery address (i.e. stolen packages). PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT LOST PACKAGES ARE THE RESULT OF THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SYSTEM, PLEASE DIRECT YOUR COMPLAINTS OR CLAIMS TO THEM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES AND WE ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY OBLIGED TO REFUND OR REPLACE YOUR PURCHASE FOR FREE OR AT A DISCOUNT. If you believe that your package has been stolen, please contact your post office or local police authority to file a stolen mail claim.

Returns: Returns for unwanted and unbroken merchandise must be initiated within 10 calendar days after you receive your item/s. Return shipping will be at buyer's expense. Items must be returned in original unbroken condition and with original packaging. A refund will only be issued if the returned item is in unbroken and re-saleable condition.

Payment
We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards. Payment must be made in full and cleared before items are shipped.

6% sales tax will be applied to all purchases from the state of Florida.
Shipping
Please know that each ornament is securely wrapped. The box is encased in bubble wrap, packing peanuts or packing paper, and then placed in a sturdy shipping box. Every effort is made to prevent breakage.

Glitter Ornaments ships through the U.S Postal Service (Priority Mail or First Class, depending on the weight). Your item will arrive in approx 5-7 business days after shipment (USA only). If you need rush shipping, please contact me before purchasing so the shipping fee can be adjusted accordingly. NOTE that expedited shipping only increase SHIPMENT time after the item has been processed. Current turn around and processing times can be found on our shop announcement on our home page.

We will combine shipping for multiple items in order to reduce the cost and increase your savings on shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International packages will be shipped First Class International Mail (unless otherwise discussed) which can take from 2-6 weeks to receive. Please be patient to receive your item. Please know that I cannot track your package once it leave the United States. Please contact us for a quote if you would like Priority International Shipping (6-10 business day arrival before customs, tracking available) IMPORTANT: Please be aware that you may have to pay vat/customs fees and/or duties upon receipt of your order, these fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are uncertain of the amount that you could be assessed please contact your local customs office or postal service.

TRACKING INFORMATION:

USA Domestic Only- You will receive a notification and tracking information when your item ships. You can find your tracking number located at the bottom of your receipt in Etsy. It will post automatically once your order has been processed and labeled. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the USPS system.

INTERNATIONAL- Delivery Confirmation is now included for First Class Package International Service, and Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope and Small Flat Rate Box shipments going to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland

For countries not listed above:
We are only able to track your international package until it leaves the US. Once your package has left the United States, we are unable to provide further tracking information to the package's final destination. We are not notified by the postal system when an international order has reached it's destination.

INSURANCE AND SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION FOR USA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All of our items are shipped WITHOUT insurance. If you would like insurance please email us FIRST PRIOR TO PURCHASING and we can arrange another listing so you can purchase insurance. Insurance covers your cost should a package or item becomes lost or undelivered due to the postal service. INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER PACKAGES THAT WERE CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED AND THEN STOLEN.

Upon checkout, please write in the "notes to seller" section that you would like to purchase insurance. We will create another listing for you so you can purchase the insurance.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:

All of our items are shipped without signature confirmation unless you request it upon checkout. If you would like signature confirmation, please tell us in the "notes to seller" box upon checkout. Signature confirmation can be helpful when you would like to sign for your package rather than allowing the postal service to deliver to your unattended residence. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES and we are not obliged to issue a refund or replacement of the stolen items. You must file a police report and contact your local post office to file a stolen mail report. If delivery is confirmed through tracking, we are not responsible for the theft of your package after delivery.
