A scarf with a greater purpose.
Designing and painting have given Chrissy more healing than she ever could have imagined. In a way, she thinks it is a gift God gave her to share with others and to help her heal.
In 2015, Chrissy began painting silk to help make some money for her military family. She had struggled with a lifelong disorder called Severe Chronic Neutropenia. After an illness hospitalized her, she realized what she needed to do; Chrissy has been designing and hand-dyeing silk ever since.
A few years later, another medical diagnosis, a tremor disorder, continued to cause different challenges. The tremors restrict the ability to make straight lines in the designs, but Chrissy will not let them take away the joy of painting.
Most days are good, but even on the bad days, Chrissy praises God for His blessings. She continues to embrace each challenge with grace and love.
One of Chrissy's favorite things is teaching others to water-marble on silk. She loves it when people tell her they can't do it, and then she watches the joy radiate from them when they can!
The bottom line is, Chrissy loves what she does and knows God has blessed her way more than she feels she deserves.
Lastly, dear friend, thank you for taking the time to read this. May you enjoy good health, and may all go well with you.
2 Corinthians 9:15 Thank God for this gift too wonderful for words
2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

Yes!! Let me know what you have in mind!
When you receive your silk, the colors have been "set" and are permanent and will not wash out. Some colors could slightly bleed after the first few washes, so it is recommended that you wash the silk separately, in warm water, using a mild detergent. You can also use fabric softener if you choose . Hang to dry. It is best to iron silk immediately after washing, while silk is still damp. When dry, you can iron on the reverse side using a very low setting and steam. Each iron setting may differ so it is best to place a cloth over top the silk and iron both, if you are unsure, especially when ironing a dry silk. I will not be held liable for any damage to silk after purchase.
I can design on many different sized silks. Please let me know your preference (skinny scarf, wide scarf, long scarf, square scarf, etc.).
Do you ship worldwide?
I do, however I am not responsible for any additional fees you might incur (customs, etc) in excess of the agreed shipping rate in your purchase. You are responsible to pay any and all additional fees.
