I create poetry with paper

Hello I am Tara Galuska and I create poetry with paper!

I am Tara Galuska and I create poetry with paper! I am an artist and illustrator who works with paper to create work that is delicate, detailed and whimsical.

To me a piece of paper represents endless possibilities and my way with scissors transforms the medium of paper into one-of-a-kind works of art that express a deep appreciation for the beauty and wonder that surrounds us. Full of depth and detail each piece I create is entirely handmade by me and is a truly original work of art.

I wanted to be either an artist or a unicorn when I grew up! I was born in Zimbabwe and raised in Australia, where I studied design and illustration and worked as a graphic designer after I graduated from the Enmore Design Centre in Sydney, Australia. I then followed my heart to Canada and I now live, make and dream in my home studio in New Westminster in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. I love paper, cats and Arrested Development.
